Information that is gathered from visitors

Our applications generally require a username to identify the individual accessing the application.  No password is required or requested.  No other information is required or requested from the user.

Log files are kept on the device itself.  These may be requested by the Organization in very specific support cases.  The log files are timestamped and contain information about actions taken while within the application.  No identifying information is stored in the log files or anywhere else within the application structure.

No information is transmitted beyond the internal storage of the device itself.

How the Information is used

The only information gathered from the user by the application are as identified above.  The username is not used by the Organization in any fashion and only exists to separate settings of different users of the application on the same device.  The log files contain only timestamps and specific actions of the user while within the application and are only used for support purposes as needed.

Visitor Options

Anyone using our applications or website will be able to opt out of any of the tracking devices used by the applications or website should any ever exist.  Which is really unlikely, because we just don't care enough who you are or what you're doing, we've got enough going on without bothering with that.
